Question about Canon PIXMA iP4200 InkJet Photo Printer
Make sure the printer is turned on before loading the cartridges. Open the cover and make sure that the cartridge carrier moves all the way to the left before trying to insert the cartridges. When inserting the cartridges into the carrier, the end closest to you has to be pushed up to lock them into place.
