Same problem.. please help

In my case I dropped it.  I removed the screen case and found the connection was loose.  I plugged it back in and it worked.  I had to do this twice as it didn't stay the first time.  I cleaned it with RADIO SHACK TUNER AND CONTACT CLEANER in a spray can.  I had the TORX driver and CASE OPENING TOOL from prior fixes (www.cnn.cn) and I looked at the open/close directions here (http://incipiotech.com/moto/motorola_v3_housing_guide.PDF).
