Question about KitchenAid Superba Architect KSCS25INSS Side by Side Refrigerator
KitchenAid Superba Refrigerator Model KSCS25INSS00 ... tried tightening with Allen Wrench - does not fix the problem. Do I need a new door handle? Suggestions?
Just did this on mine today. Use an allen wrench to back off both the upper and lower set screws (Note: you do not need to back them all the way out). The handle will then easily pull away from the door. With a 1/4" socket, tighten the screws holding the upper and lower lugs on the door. Place the handle back on and tighten the upper and lower set screws.

Remove the handle screw and insert a trust washer and then again tight the screw then the handle ll get fit tightly
