Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have a client who has a Savin 3740 Fax machine. At the client's request I changed their internal IP scheme last weekend. However I was unable to change the TCP/IP settings on the fax machine as it asks for a 4 digit code when attempting to access the network settings. The client doesn't know the code. I can ping the fax machine but not access the web management. At this point it appears the only solution is to reset the fax to factory defaults and then reprogram it. How do I go about resetting it to factory defaults.
How can I enter a new customer's id information on the top of the page, just the name of the company and fax number of the sender. Savin 3740.

Found documentation of Ricoh's website. They are the manufacturor of Savin products. The default access code is 2222. Entering this allowed me to get into the network settings and change the IP scheme.
