In the past few days I have ended up with very little memory available. Just after starting up, with no applications launched I have 29MB of storage memory in use. Usually that used to be about 11 to 15MB.
I notice that there are 7 files whose name all begin with "MsgQueueDataFileMicrosoft" each one 2.71MB in size.
I've had this happen before and I would just delete them and everything would be fine.
However this time I am finding it impossible to delete them. Each time I try it tells me that 'There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use'
Something else possibly related is that lately on various occasions people have told me that they sent me text messages and even received the delivery confirmation report but I would not find the message.

Re: Undeletable files cluttering memory
May be u installed any software and deleted it without using proper uninstalling process, b'coz some files share the main software files.or there can be a possibility of virus.
if u find which software u deleted abnormally, install it and uninstall it properly.

You just have to copy the .cab file (which is the application installation file) to either your phone internal memory or the memory card (if it is inserted, that is), and tap over it. You will, then, be prompted to install the application either on the internal memory or memory card. Then, it should be available under 'Start > Programs' (depenidng on what you have installed, it might show under 'Start > Settings'), ready to be launched. After the installation, you are free to delete the .cab file, if you want (of course you can keep it there, for future installations, if something bad happens).
Hope you are able to install your applications soon.
First, try a battery pull. For about 30-40 seconds. Re-boot the phone. Try to get back into the calender. Try a soft reset code:
Soft Reset: *#7780#, 12345 and then Yes If the error message continues, do a master reset. This will bring the phone back to it's original status from when you got it out the box. (ex. wall paper, ringtones, themes, etc...). Full Reset: (clears everything off the phone memory!! Be sure to back up your contacts!!): *#7370#, 12345 and then Yes! The screen may go out, and come back to it's orig. screen. Then, re-try the calender. Youl'll be golden!
All you need to do is simply go to the file that you want to move and tap and hold on it until the submenu appears. From there choose cut and then go to file explorer in menu-->programs-->file explorer. Choose Storage card from the drop down menu right under the start menu at the top of the screen. Go to the folder on the memory card that you want to store you file (or create a new one by tapping and holding the screen in a blank area and select new folder). After you find the place you want to save, tap and hold the screen and select paste. The file will be moved to that specified location.
Have you checked your memory space? If yor running low on memory the phone will automatically delete call logs and possibly messages in order to make more memory available. If you have a memory card installed try moving your pictures and all the other extemporaneous files to the memory card and see if your problem continues. Zippy
If that fails, try getting a freeware called "Destaller". Programs like yours may leave a "footprint" of old data (sort of like Web cookies) that may be cluttering your unit. This small program allows deletion of these files if that's the problem here.
I get a similar problem with TomTom Navigator 6. Soft reset usually fixes it.
The error message is telling you that there is not enough memory to load the BlueTooth driver, try moving some of your files from My Documents/My Music etc. to your memory card.
Also try uninstalling some of your programs and reinstalling them to your memory card, this will free up a fair bit of space in main memory and hopefully resolve the problem.
Also; Tap Start, tap Settings, then tap the System tab and tap Memory.
Tap the Main tab to see how much space is available in main memory, you should see a total of around 115-120MB available (128MB - the lie of storage device sizes - the file system) divided in to storage memory and program memory, if you see considerably less then you're iPaq has a hardware memory problem and will need repairing.
Lastly keep in mind that Windows error messages cannot be trusted and the actual problem may be absolutely nothing to do with memory, so if this doesn't help post back.
Clear out a little space and install a program called FileZ- it is freeware and widely available. Once installed, it will give you a list of every file on the Visor, and allow you to select single files or blocks of files to remove.
Look to www.palmgear.com or the toughr to use www.freewarepalm.com for FileZ and other programs.
