My son's N95 stops at the White screen. It won't do anything. Battery has been exhausted but this is all I get when using a charger. I have tried the Nokia solutions, take out battery, take out SIM, soft reset, but there is no reaction. Can't go for a firmware flash as he is in a field in North Yorkshire forthree weeks!! Any help gratefully received.
Either replace the whole lcd screen at a nokia care centre or at a mobile phone store. cost at nokia care centre would be over $200 and at a phone store it would probably be over $150.
if the phone stops at the white screen it is usually a problem with the crystal diode in the lcd screen.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
