Jacqui this happened to me and I called out an engineer which cost me approx £80.
Hope this is not too late but all the engineer did was take out the baskets from freezer unscrewed the inner back panel, removed this and a polystirene sheet and aluminium sheet which revealed the ice grids. There was lots of ice which he defrosted using a hairdryer. At the top left hand side there is a hole which blows the cold air up into the fridge dept from the fan this was also blocked with ice. He also fitted a thermister which you can buy off the net for a couple of quid. this is found on the r/h/s inner freezer which you can do yourself. Hope this helps

On a top freezer model, they are normally behind the panel in the back of the freezer.

hi is this the frost free version ??? if it is which i think it is it could be a fault with temp module{frost free have electronic modules to control the system rather than a old fashioned bog standard thermostat inside the fridge} the fans should be controlled by the module in case of frost free models it could be the module which is playing up

We have our Sub Zero model 650 frig set to 35 degrees, our usual temp, but suddenly it won't get lower than 50. Freezer seems fine.

Check for a fan motor in between the freezer and the fridge. Or you have a block of frost in there shutting off air flow.

Hii have an indeset fridge freezer 2 year old freezer ok fridge not cooling

Usual problem, let it defrost properly, I mean 48 hours with doors open in warm room. It is most likely frozen up inside (its frost free! no?) inside is a different matter and they dont tell you that!
