Generic problem for all Bissell Vacuums

My problem is that when I last used my carpet cleaner . which was about two weeks ago . I used three container s of solution. But it did not **** any up . So i was puzzeld as to were the water was going. as the water was coming out but it was not sucking it back up. what have I done wrong Betty from yorkshir

my bissell is not sucking up water from the carpet, unless I press my weight down on the front of the cleaner

my steamcleaner has worked great up until today it wont **** the water back up the container is empty and my carpet is soaked. ive cleaned out everything i could but still no change.
