Question about Sony DCR-HC19E Mini DV Digital Camcorder
I have a sony dcr-HC19e en it was always working fine. Inside, the camera still works fine but when i film outside at a sunny day all light coloured objects become white. I know it looks like this problem is caused by a wrong setting but i've changed nothing in the settings, everything is set to automatically. When i film a burning light inside the house, the camera auto adjusts and i can see the light bubble well. At dark places the camera adjusts also well. The problem only excists when i'm filming outside at sunny days, which never was a problem for the camera (I've filmed on snowy, sunny mountains during winter holidays without any problem) So could this problem be caused by a hardware failure?
Problem can be fixed by Reset the camera. Just push Reset switch with ballpen and camera will power up again. adjust the date etc and have fun.
