When you turn it on it turn off even with new batteries

If you get a clicking sound, that means the solenoid is working. Check all connections for corrosion and clean if necessary. Did you check the engine to frame ground wire? If all connections are good and solenoid clicks then the starter is more than likely bad. Did you do a load test on the new battery. It is possible to get a battery that is bad due to excess lead dropping into the battery case when being made.

Take it back to the store and tell them it probably something the company did work.

Do you using Ni-MH batteries? Canon cameras judge the battery is low power by the real-time voltage of the batteries. And the voltage of Ni-MH batteries are lower than Li-ion ones, so the camera will notice low power even there are new batteries. Try Li-ion ones and see is anything help. best wishes!!
