My tv was caught in a flood in the basement. IT is moded number WD 62327. For insurance purposes, can you please tell me when that model was last made and if I were to replace it today, what would the replacemant cost be? if the set is now working,its just a matter of resetting the lamp-hour counter in the on-screen menus.be sure to clean any filters associated with the fan which cools the bulb,or your new lamp wont last long!

how do you get the tv back on when the light keeps flashing

Some of their models require taking off the lower front panel. Some are in the back to the lower right corner. There is a cover about 6x6 that is removed usually with two screws and the same for the front except it will be the lower left after the cover is off.

Turn unit around facing you, either on right rear side or left rear side, generally looks as though it is a vent cover with one to three screws holding cover in place. UNPLUG TV BEFORE YOU WORK ON IT AS ELECTRICITY CAN KILL YOU.

You are probably correct, but it wouln't hurt to check the lamp that is in there to make shure. You can download your owner's from "retrevo" and those manuals also give the web site for lamp replacement(toll free number) if you want the original or I found union electronics to have a good price on some of the replacement lamps .

Self-diagnosis error 4-4, check F9A07 part # 283P128050 on the Power PCB, if open suspect the Light Engine part # 939P977020 5. Self-diagnosis error 4-1, suspect the Power PCB part # 930B929001

Did you get correct lamp:lamp part # 915P020010 ?
