Unit not cooling down, compressor running, condenser fan running. suction line just cool, condenser line barely warm.

Check if evaporator fan is running. Is there any frost buildup on freezers evaporator cover? If so you have a defrost problem (bad heater, defrost thermostat, thermister, defrost timer or circuit board ). If no frost and the freezer is warm then you most likely have a sealed system problem(leak, restriction, bad compressor) which is costly to repair.

Need info for a kenmore side by side refrigerator model#59652673202 it it not cooling nor freeszing ; the light works and the fan works but not cooling any side please help me

Good day,
With that amount of info it would be hard to try to pinpoint it. Here's a list of items that can cause a refrigerator to not cool.

Items that will cause a refrigerator not to cool.....
1. Defective thermostat
2. Defective freezer fan motor
3. Defective defrost timer
4. Defective defrost thermostat
5. Defective defrost main heater.
6. Defective condenser fan motor
6. Defective compressor overload protector
7. Defective compressor start relay
8. Defective compressor start/run capacitor (some models only)
9. Defective compressor
10. Restriction in refrigeration sealed system
11. Loss of refrigerant (leak)
12. Excessively dirty condenser
13. Broken wires, bad wire harness connectors, ect.
14. Defective fan motor switch (some models only)

As you can see it could be one of many, many items. If your handy with a meter you might want to start at the bottom back of the machine where the compressor is located.
Sounds as if it is not running, or running without refrigerant in the system.
Also, if it has a cooling fan motor in that area, make sure it runs, since all fan motors are wired to run at the same time.

Refrigerated does not cool, freezer works

Most units have the cooling coils in the freezer section, then some vents and a fan circulates cold air into the refrigerator section.

If the vents are blocked by food items or ice, then the fridge will be too warm. Also, if the air circulation fan has failed, then cold air from the freezer will not get to the refrigerator.

On a self-defrosting refrigerator, this can be a sign that the defrost timer, defrost heater, or related part has failed. If the cooling coils are packed with ice, then airflow to the refrigerator does not occur.

Typically there is a electromechanical timer that you can see if you take off the lower front panel...this timer switch can be set so the defrost cycle happens when you want (like late at night).

You can also manually turn the switch to start the defrost cycle. Normally you hear the sound of water running and the scorch-hiss sound of an electric heater element touching water/ice when the defrost is taking place. The refrigerator compressor and cooling fan will typically be off during defrost as well.

Kenmore elite 596 73503201 no cooling in top compartment

if the freezer is getting cold the problem is due to the cold air from the freezer not getting into the refrigerator. There are several things that can cause this problem. The coils in the freezer icing up and not defrosting properly is one of the things that can cause the refrigerator not to get cold enough. Another problem is the fan that blows the cold air from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator, not working. When the compressor is running open the refrigerator's door and push the switch that makes the light go out. You should hear the fan blowing the cold air from the freezer into the refrigerator, when this switch is pushed in. If the fan is working then you will need to find what is blocking the air flow. Iced up coils are a common problem. The icing problem can be due to a defective defrost timer or something defective in the defrost circuit. Click here for more information. Check for these problems and let me know what you have found.
