SCART Video Control box

Help! My husband disconnected VCR, telly, Freeview box and DVD player when he redecorated the room they were in. Now, he doesn't know how to put them back together, using the SCART control box. We can get the telly, Freeview and VCR to work, but not the DVD. Can anyone tell us what order to plug them in? Thanks!
