When I go into Itunes store, the screen is blank. Why?

Method 1.
Press and hold the home button and power button until it powers off. Then restart.

Method 2.
Connect to itunes and restore.

Method 3.
Take to Apple store and let the nerds fix it

I've got this problem too - have you managed to resolve it and can you tell me how??

Make sure connections are all good to motherboard. If they are you may need a new lcd screen.

Hi there, it may be that the iPhones screen is either disconnected from the inside of the iPhone. Try charging it to full power. If that doesn't work, it may be a software problem with the iPhone. Try connecting it to the computer, and when iTunes opens, hit the restore button and see if that works. If that doesn't work, bring it to a Apple store and they may take a look at it for a small fee.

Take it in to at@t nothing much the customer can do if the reset does not fix it, the backlight on it may be defective.

that happened to me to i took it to the store i bought it and the replaced it even know the warrenty was expired
