It sounds like your battery needs to be replaced, but that utility will tell you for sure before you spend the money on a replacement.

I'm afraid you're out of luck, the motherboard is not capable of taking a dual core processor. Your only option would be to consider selling the laptop and buying a new one that already has a dual core processor installed.

normally you do not get windows cd with your laptop. it is recommended that you create recovery disk as soon as you purchase the laptop. And later this can be used for recovery.
Not sure if your laptop is in warranty, if yer try calling customer support, they should be able to help. May be you need to visit their support center and they will install again for you.

Had the same problem with a manufactured refurb, would go to 79 %, if you go to power options, change plan settings, change advance power settings, then to the Lenovo energy management tab, press the big enable Lenovo energy management, click on the blue gear to the left of the question mark, if "Optimize for Battery lifespan" is selected it will only charge the battery to 80%, change this to "Optimize for Battery Runtime" and it will charge to 100%

Hi there, i would go to the Lenovo website and retrieve the sound drivers from the support/downloads page. you can find your sound drivers there. the formatting process has scrubbed the appropriate drivers. You will need your model number for this download.

u must have got 2 cd's with ur lenevo laptop.
one of drivers and other of software, the later 1 hav a software named easy capture.go to its folder and double click on the exe file or if u dnt have the cd try to download it from

and the run the exe file.
