I followed your instruction but keep getting the E4 error message displayed, what did I do wrong. Thanks
If i am not mistaken error E4 is printer has NO INK. Check the cartridges first.

Hold Stop / Reset button for 5 seconds, then release. If it still won't work, then try again..!
