The reason is that a 64 bit machine will have to have a 64 bit operating system and 64 bit programs running on it. Windows 95 and all programs written for it were 32 bit. Hence they will not run on a 64 bit Win7. Therefore the Windows 95 program is of no use to you. However is you find a machine with Windows Vista 32 bits or XP, then it will run no doubts.
