- Thanks for trying, I tried the unplugging solution, didn't work, this is not a didgtal model, only has the knob for turning to each mode.Solution #1

Unplug the power cord for few minutes. then plug it back to see if the light still keep coming.
then do this:
Check if you have it in the lock mode.
Press bake and broil pads together for 2 to 3 seconds until SF shows in the display.
Press the self clean pad, display will show loc off or loc on.
Let me know if it clear the fault.
