you can try and take the access cover off the amp portion of your speaker set, try and run the speakers with it off and see if that helps. You can try drilling some additional air vents in the amplifier section of your speaker set, I would take the computer amp box apart first to make sure your clear of any wiring or obstruction, and drill holes in the cover you just removed, maybe if you have a spare cpu fan or something you could build a little vent system for your speakers' amp.
