after hard reset the tv input list has only tv on it No more HDMI,HDMI1, OR COMPONENT. Also whatever channel the tv is on has a floating gray box which says "np programs shown". Please help
You can enable customize Parental Controls via your TV's on screen menu. If you have previously set a password, you will need to re-enter your password to begin. If you have forgotten your password, try 0000 (four zeros) or 3448 (the default password may vary by TV model, so consult your User Manual for details).
