Phone is not detecting the data card

My phone was not detecting the data card and after giving it to the
service station for repair, i cannot hear anything at my end on a call.
What do i do?
The service station is making the phone worse rather than repairing it.

Wizu have to check ur ear piece. that persons have not even place it at write or have damaged that one. so check if any condition
