No video out signal

I am having trouble getting signal to my video monitors. I can capture, but when I try play the signal back I get nothing. I have looked at all of the dip switches on the bottom of the box, but non of them seem to solve the problem. I have tried disconnecting all of the cables and hooking them up again, but I still have the same problem. I am running final cut pro 6 and I check all of my setting, non of which have changed. I have both of the video outs hooked up: the Composite and the regular video out. I am running A: Dual G5 1.8 Tiger 10.4.11 Final Cut Studio 2
