Try removing the battery. It may reset. If, when you turn it back on, it hangs again then contact Tracfone for a replacement phone - and make sure they transfer the minutes from your old phone to your new one.

You can simply make a master clear for your phone.In security settings try to look up the master clear then followed by your phone code,or the default code which is 000000.And wait after phone restarting done and finished.You can noticed it will works fine
the problem with your sim is that a wrong puk code has been put when the phone asked for it.......the sim was first blocked and after repeatedly entering a wrong code many times ...it got rejected....please go to your service center of your network and they will fix it for you.....they would charge you a nominal fee
If its a new tracfone you can do it online at tracfone.com when you activate it otherwise just call customer care they will do it for you. I did it the other day.
