My hoover 550mb washing machine has a few quirks. It will not work with cold water, it does not go into the rinse cycle, so you have to re run the wash cycle and you have to manually turn the dial to spin dry (and skip the rinse cycle). Is this likely to be an issue with the dial or with the cold water intake? Thanks
