I NEED THE DISC THAT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE CAMERA

I can't help you much w/out the camera model. Anyway, why don't you check out this website for the Sanyo manuals. From there you should be able to ask Sanyo where and how you can download the CD, if there is any that comes w/ the camera.
