Question about Duracraft DB101 Floor / Box Fan
When I turn it on all it does is hum. Is it fixable??
Check to see if the fan has a capacitor on the motor...
Often when you get a hum and no spin it is because of a bad cap.
Also check that the fan spins freely, it may need some oil...
If it does need oil, first work in some WD-40 and then some light small motor oil at each end of the motor...
