Question about Apple iPod nano
The Menu button of my iPod nano (2nd gen, 2007) is no longer working; the click-wheel and the other buttons work OK although the buttons are slow. The battery has been charged for hours.
Now, when I plug the iPod onto a USB power source then no more problem.
Do I need to change the battery? Can I go to a BestBuy store to do so and if yes, how much is it?

One option is to take the iPod into an Apple retail store Genius Bar and have a technician look at it, and if it is still under warranty, they can replace the iPod for you if it is not fixable.
If its not under warranty, Apple doesn't replace batteries, but you can find replacement batteries online, and depending on where you live you can probably find a shop that will install it for you if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself. I don't believe Best Buy replaces batteries though.
