I put in a Frigidaire Wall Oven and when I hooked up the three wires, Red, Black, and White all power went out on fr ont control board. What happened? is there a reset button? Model number PLEB30S9FC

Sounds like something is not correctly installed or connected. You could have a wire crossed, loose, or damaged. I would strongly suggest to have a professional handle this for you because you might have a faulty control board now.

Correct wattage bulb in Simpson La Scala electric oven.

if you are refering to the light inside the oven, I dont think there is a problem with wattage as the oven is rates to high wattage
and it is also inside the oven, so in an area that can cope with heat.

if possible check remove the old bulb and check the wattage on the glass or on the side of the fitting.

I personally would recommend that a 40W should be suitable.

I hope this was useful

Hi , i am an electrician installing a westinghouse pek1380w-r stove , my mate that bought the stove is still waiting for the manual and cannot tell me how many amps the stove will draw so i can select a...

this unit will draw up to 50 amps if all burners are operating. i do not know the exact wattage, but they usually have an 8 gauge wiring connector already on the oven, if a wall oven.
if a free standing then you will have to put on a cord that will also be an 8 gauge.
you will need to determine what wire gauge to use depending on how long of a run you have from the circuit panel to carry the load.
it is also a single phase 240 volt system, but that doesnt matter because the wires are the same.
are you new at being an electrician? check your code book to make sure you are doing this wiring by the codes for your area.

Need to change oven from 440 3 phase to 220 single phase hobart cn90 oven

It can be done with a transformer, 480/ 240 single phase transformer to get the lower voltage. Then the oven will require some wiring changes to get all the elements and controls connected to two hot wires instead of three. The transformed will be sized to the wattage rating of the oven. This is a only basic description of what needs to take place.

Look on the spec plate for volts and amps. Multiply volts times amps for watts.

Installing ge profile double oven not convection in new build trying to find out electrical requirements ( size breaker 50,60amp ?)

You must use a three-wire, single-phase A.C.
208Y/120 Volt or 240/120 Volt, 60 hertz
electrical system. If you connect to aluminum
wiring, properly installed connectors approved
for use with aluminum wiring must be used.

That means that you ned a double 40 amp breaker.

Good Luck
