Coffee coming one side only of spout

There are two ways to overcome this uneven drip of coffee into the cup.
1- Make sure the machine is placed on a level counter top. The coffee drips as a gravity flow. Machine placed on a tilted surface will allow coffee flow more on the tilted side.
2- It appears the coffee faucet outlet has not been cleaned/flushed with any coffee cleaners or descaling solution. Clean the coffee outlet as following:
* Prepare two or four cups of Baking soda solution.Fill the Baking soda in water tank and make few espresso, using the preground cycle.
** Then use two to 4 cups of descaling solution and repeat the process making several espresso.

As the coffee is dispensed, it is normal to have some residue left in the tubing and spouts. It is the reason that the machine will require cleaning on a regular basis using the Jura tablets that dissolves the coffee film. In the case the spouts get clogged, the best approach would be to dismantle the spout assembly. Since it may not always be possible, I found that filling a cup with a coffee cleaning solution such as Puly Cleaner (pulycleaner.co.uk) and having the spout dip in the solution overnight can help. Probably that dissolving a Jura cleaning tablet in a cup of warm water would provide similar cleaning power.
Dismantling the spout is rather straightforward. You start with removing the front logo by rotating it counter-clockwise. Behind it you will find a T15 Torx screw. Removing it will allow removal of spout cover by pulling the top part lightly towards you and then sliding it down below the spouts. Grab the spouts by the sides and wiggle downwards until it comes loose. You can now clean the spouts but will most likely need to soak it. The brewed coffee does not flow freely from the spouts

There could be a buildup of minerals in the flow path of the coffee, or there could be bad seals, or there is some corrosion along the flow path.

With some investigation an experienced service person who is familiar with these coffee machines should be able to figure this out.

Diverting all of the coffee flow into the bottom tray rather than the cup.

You might want to check and clean the coffee outflow spout ( the adjustable double spout on the outside of the machine) . If it is all plucked up that might be the cause.
