Question about Elna Quilter's Dream 6003Q
I broke of the needle threader, is that a way that can be fixed
SOURCE: how do I raise the feeder feet
There is a slide switch on the underside of the back of the free-arm. The feed dogs will not immediately raise when you slide it, the machine must make a full rotation for it to engage.

Testimonial: "I am so pleased that I was able to get my manual and now know how much I can do with my machine. Keep up the good work. We all need to work together."
This is the only one I could find and it is $10.00 http://www.mcssl.com/SecureCart/ViewCart.aspx?mid=F506721D-3C9E-481E-8B3F-7E1C3114072F&sctoken=0465a6a54d8e482581a12d868a00a3fb&bhcp=1
The reason for the jam could be the fabric is thick and this causes the foot to raise to the point the the tension is open that the top thread is feeding erratically.
Another could be the bobbin area needs to be cleaned.
Lastly, it could be the timing needs to be adjusted and this means a trip to the sewing machine dealer for service.

Does your manual have a troble shooting section at the back and if so, what does it indicate for the E2 message?
Have you replaced the foot with the correct one and gone back to a straight stitch setting?
I'd turn it off, remove the needle plate and bobbin, clean everything out, check that there isn't a broken bit of needle anywhere, then reset everything up, turn it back on and try again with the standard foot.
