before running the PS Wizard in Vista, right-click on the icon for PS
Wizard and select "run as administrator". This will clear the bind
errors and wrong segment errors many times - this only applies to
vista.

I had original printer install disk to help me with the problem
I went to PSAdmin and changed the DCHP Setting to allow my router to give it a new ip address.
I then added the printer using vista's add printer wizard: I used the
add network printer and used the new ip address the PSAdmin gave me: I
installed driver off disk, but then chose the one vista had already. I
also used the "Print server 1 usb" device when asked which device I had
installed.
