Sometimes these phone get stupid. Pull the battery out, wait about 30 minutes. Then put the battery back in, and turn it on. Go to your settings using a different method than you normally do, (they have a couple) and try rather than turning off your plane mode turn ON your mobile mode. Good luck.

The wireless access point isn't passing DNS to your laptop. Go in an
manually assign 8.8.8.8 as the DNS setting.
Type ncpa.cpl into the Start menu search box or hit the Windows key + R
at the same time and type it in that box. Right click on the wireless
connection and select Properties. Go down to TCP/IP and select it. Click
Properties. Enter 8.8.8.8 in the Preferred DNS server box and click OK.
Click OK on the Wireless Connection Properties box.
Edit- Reboot your laptop with those new settings. I'll check back in
about 45 when I get home to see if you are still having problems.
2nd Edit - Type ncpa.cpl into the Start menu search box again to bring
up the Network connections screen. Right click on the Wireless
connection and select Diagnose. Let me know if that takes care of it.
Hi,
DNS stands for Domain Name Service. Most DNS errors usually indicate lack of a connection to the internet. DNS is used to translate human addresses (for example, www.bhcblog.com) into computer addresses (like 10.64.254.11) .. This error occurs due to fault in network, Therefore contact your network operator and ask them to solve the problem. Alternatively you can re-install or recreate the internet profile manually with IP address and DNS server address... for this also you should contact your network operator and ask them to provide you the IP and DNS Server address... Hope this has helped you..THanks
