I have a Toshiba e-Studio 25 copier and when I connected it to my computor, the copier won't respond to the computor. The computor recognizes the copier. I have gone to Toshiba and downloaded the drivers that they say are required. Do I need to do something in my computor or do I need an attachment for the copier?
My toshiba e-studio 25 says empty toner even with new toner cartridge, I removed all the shipping tape.

i had a problem with my Hp lazer jet P2015 and registered a complaint at HP; as my complaint id no.2602158340 and i have send it to service centre at "Elite Business Machine Pvt Ltd, F- 207/3, Ashish Complex, New Rajdhani Enclave, Main Vikas Marg, New Delhi - 110092." as they said that they will give me till Tuesday 29th of july. as i had registered it on 25th of july.so please help me out. or please send message to do them early as possible. for stadby purpose i am using HP Lazer Jet 1020 plus. As, in office i have lots of pending printing works and my boss is getting angry on me. so, help me.

Your computer connect to Copier thourgh USB cable port or parellal port .select first communication port.and install software.
