My polaroid tv/dvd combo

I was gonna hook my xbox up to tv, but after I unhooked the cable wire and tried to hook up the xbox wire, I kept getting "No Signal" on the screen. So I hooked up the cable back just the way it was, and I'm still getting no signal. I had this problem when I first moved here but I don't remember how I fixed it. Can you help me?
