Question about Samsung Digimax S730 Digital Camera
I installed the driver that came with this camera and the camera worked fine until I went on vacation. When I came back and plugged the camera in, the screen on the camera that usually pops up to prompt me to connect to the computer does not appear. I have already formatted the memory card and this has not helped. It appears as though my camera no longer recognizes when it is connected to a PC. I have tried this on another PC and it doesn't connect to that one, either. Any suggestions?
Mj wegrzyn; have you checked the FAQ at the Samsung website for an updated driver or flash upgrade for your camera. It's always a good idea to check the manufacturers site for any upgrades. If they haven't posted any, try re-installing your driver on your PC again and then plugging in your camera. Hope this helps.
