hiya there my son has this laptop he has set a id name & password to log into windows now guess what he has forgot his password,
it says reset password but its saying that i need a floppy disc or flash drive in i dont have any of those can i reset it anyother way many thanks for your help andy.

GuruEnter safe mode at start up, log in as administrator, from here you can clear any user passwords from the user accounts section.
