I got my mirror on 6-14-2008 and got it installed professionally. Just about a week ago I got in my car and put my car in reverse and the picture and words were upside down.I've had it less than a month I thought it was just a mishap and it would turn back over eventually but it didn't.The store I purchased it from told me no exchanges or refunds.I've look for a number on perfomance teknique so I can adress my issue I've looked on the internet,the box the product came in,and the pamplet.PLEASE HELP ME.

Hey ,, yes it can be fixed, and any eletronic technician can replave the wire or resolder it to repair the problem, if you but friend wishes to try ask him to cut the section of and just resolder the rest or re add a pice and then resolder it.
If this is an over head, all in one dvd player, well,if the player works and the sound, and the dome lights...it has power. The issue may reside with the monitor being disconnected (ribbon cable) or the monitor is done.
what type of vehicle and year is it in? Also, most remote start alarms have a neutral safety wire that needs to be grounded and a hood-pin wire that needs to be connected. If the start system was working and has since failed, it is pointing at the hood-pin wire. If it never started remotely, then you may look to the programming on the alarm. Make sure that the tachometer wire is connected and that the tach setting has been programmed. This should take care of it. If not, I would recommend visiting a local stereo shop to have them diagnose what is wrong with the system.
any eletronic shop has the wires you can use, may not be the same exact one needed but it will work, you can take a pice with you so the guy can get the propper guage. If its a ribbion type wire, let the electronic technician handle that for you since its easily broken and rather difficult to solder.,,
