Vivitar ViviCam 5386 Digital Camera with a picture...

After uploading some pictures onto my computer from my camera, i tried to look at my pictures again from my camera but only the ones i didnt upload showed up the others had a black screen that said picture error. what does this mean and how can i fix it?
