Check the print settings to be sure you are printing in black and white, not grayscale. Instead of clicking the printer icon to print, use the File, Print menu selections to bring up the print settings window.
hi there, 1- go to your printers folder and make sure the printer is online and your P4350 is set as default (checked). 2- If offline, right click on the printer icon and try to switch it back to online. The same to make it default in case it's not. 2- Once online, then right click on the printer icon again , go to properties and then try printing a test page from windows (I am assuming you are running Windows) 3- In case you were not able to bring it back online, turn off the printer, turn off your PC, reseat the printer cable connection between the printer and the computer (both ends), then turn the printer and the computer back on.
Go to the CONTROL PANEL on the computer, select PRINTER?FAX icon, then click on the name of the printer you want to associate with your printing needs and make sure it is connected. This will allow the print jobs to go..... Please let me know if there is any thing else you might need, of if it is still offline, we can go further! Guy :) Pleasure to help out.....

Make sure that the connection of your printer is properly connect, this settings are not detecting the device which to locate the ports its connect. Connect it properly because this problem is only to make sure not failed to use your printer. Check it again in your Printer Panel.
First I try to uninstall the printer, it didn't work, so I reinstall the the printer anyway, it worked for one print only.
As second attempt I disconnected the printer completely, turned the PC off, and after few minutes on again. Uninstalled printer.
Reconnected the cables again, install the printer - it works well!
