I have an all-in-one printer x5075. Scanner loads the photo for scanning but locks up. The message on the the printer reads "cannot locate application list". I've reinstalled the software several times, but there's no change. Please help!

Often times Lexmark will give you the printer driver for the all in ones but they will not give out the driver the for scanner. They claim it to be a 3rd party supplier. So the only way to make it work is to reinstall the (disk that came with the printer). If you don't have it and lexmark will not provide it then you are out of luck. Unless you can buy the disk from lexmark or online. I have a x3350 that I lost the disk to and it sits under my feet waiting to be tossed, not for not working but because I changed the hard drive in my computer and can't get the disk. rrgghh!
