I have a 450 c plotter. The cartridge, data amd media lights are flashing orange

Is your ready light on as well? If so this may indicate that the "mark encoder" is not detected.The mark encoder is the white plastic piece on the left end of the large black roller that the paper feeds around.If the encoder is very dirty,then cleaning may help.If not, carriage usually has to be replacved, I have heard of some that paint over the mark encoder with white out before replacing the carriage. Don't think I would try it but....Hope this helps.

Get the manual for the hp450c and check the error codes section. This will tell you were your problem lies in the plotter .
