Hi first i will say sorry for that. I will recommend that you see a certified technician to fix it up, there are a few things i guess are wrong with your psp... the system of psp are fragile and should be handled with care because i think one or more parts are broken and need replacement. Cheers
Use a PSP Repair Guide to open your PSP, clean the parts of the logic board that came in contact with the water and soap. You can use alcohol and paper towels or tooth brush.
the downloads dont matter.u change the battery and if it doesnt work take it to a shop.if u have spill water on it open the psp cover and everything and for 2 days put it in the hot sun
For how long have you NOT been using your PSP? and did anything happen before you even tried using it AGAIN? Do you have others in your area who has a PSP? if nothing happened to your psp before you tried using it again e.g.accidentally fell or something like that, then just try to use a different WORKING psp battery...if it didn't work, then prolly your PSP went brick and the only solution for that is a pandora kit...
Open the Psp Using the instructions on my web page and Check to see if any cable has been pulled out. My Psp fell many times yes, one day it fell and it kindof opened a little bit. So the On/off button was really loose and it wouldnt turn on, I later adjusted the on/off button and i also found out about a loose cable on the inside... If the tutorial is not on the website I plan on adding one maybe by night time. allensfixes.webs.com I will be adding some tutorials though the site is fairly new, or make a request and I could maybe go through it with you on msn or aim or yahoo.
