Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
When I try to turn on my phone the keypad lights up, but not the inside screen or outside screen and I can't make calls. I recharged the battery and this is all I get. Could this be a battery issue and that needs to be repleaced or phone issue. Phone is 2 yrs old now.
If you were able to make blind calls (calls without seeing the numbers on the screen) then I would think it was a loose connection, but you are not able to so I really don't have a clue.
You stated you had read anout squeezing the phone. That was to try to secure a loose connection.
sorry, hopefully someone else will have an answer for you.
