Gateway MT6840 unexpectedly shut down and wouldn't

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

Minimum Requirements

It appears the game doesn't support your memory!??
Never heard of that before...
You should check for new mainboard drivers, or maybe the memery isn't correctly inserted on the pins on your mainboard.

If that's not it, you should probably reinstall your PC. Probably a little error in some Windows library that can't be solved by rebooting...

I suppose you can play other games on that PC, right?

Good luck,

"Lag" during play

Have you tried playing the game with the controller connected to the PS3 via the USB cable? Also, just as a test, DISABLE the Internet connection option on the PS3's menu to see if it makes any difference. I found that for some reason some titles (namely Enchanted Arms) have been know to act erratically with an active Internet connection whilst playing.
