We heared the sound that the machine worked ok, but no water .. I washed all the pieces inside.. What should I do... help me please..

Need to go through menu to factory reset. This gets machine to ready. You now need to decalcify with a citric acid descaler, not vinegar. With the water tank filled with descaling solution go through the menu to rinse option and rinse machine. When finished rinse cycle and with remaining descaling solution push water button open side knob and rinse the steamer system with descaler.

Hi,

Have you take off steam pipe and clean it?

If you do this and you hear the pump going, then i think you have calcium in some pipes in your machine, it can also be the "water counter" in the machine that need to be replaced.

Hope this can help you.

Ventilate message is constant

Here is the manual for the Gaggia Titanium. The page talks about ventilate. but references a button to press that you may have to look back a few pages to find a diagram showing which button it is

Hi, I have not used my Gaggia Titanium for 6 months. When I switched it on for the first time again yesterday it didnt rinse correctly. I tried to ventilate it as it was probably air locked after...

First I would check the end of the parnello wand for blockage, if that is clear then I would open the machine to find out which one of the tube is leaking.

Descaling cycle will not run

You need to push the hot water button on the machine panel to allow water to run out of the steam wand. After a few seconds the machines ventilate message should clear.

My Gaggia Titanium machine says ventilate

Run about an ounce of hot water from the wand.

Ventilate error

Try this, when the message comes up press in on the steam knob, if that works and steam is released, then the tap rod on the steam valve has a problem, contact nearest dealer for new part or send it in for repair(ask for new style stainless steel valve).
