There are Lexmark X1150 drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. I recommend not to plug the Lexmark printer to your computer yet. Download the software first. Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/9fE1Q9. Click on the Microsoft or Macintosh dropdown to choose the operating system of your computer. Then download and install the software. Your printer is compatible, you need to download and install updated software, see here: Windows Vista Compatibility Lexmark Lexmark X1150

Also unplug printer usb cable before installing drivers, and start installer file using right mouse button click, and then the option 'Run as administrator. Also disable antivirus/firewall before installing.

Simply enter your Lexmark X1150 into the firest, Search by model field and click search.

Then select your windows version.
