Hey herculep,
A graphic example of how to change your language is on page 70 of you camera manual. This is done under the setup menu. I have included a link to a PDF download of your user manual in case you need it. I hope this helps!

Error: Turn the power off and on again on the LCD screen

Please make sure that the Camera is fully charged.

Please check if the Menu items in the Camera are accessible.

If accessible, please try initializing the Camera and check if that helps.

To initialize the Camera :

Please press MENU button of the Camera.
Then, Select the SETTINGS Menu (Briefcase icon).
After that, please select the MAIN SETTINGS (Wrench Hammer symbol).
Now, please select the INITIALIZE option.
Then, select OK.

The Camera will ask for initial settings of date and Time and language.

If the issue is unresolved after performing the above steps, the Camera has to be serviced.
Please contact the Authorized Service Center.

I have a video cam, model NV-GS200, I lost my english manual, and the language and words changed into japanese.. i broght this video cam in japan.. can you please help me if you can give solution for this?...

You can read the manual (in English) for this camera online, it is available at the following link:

https://support.panasonic.co.nz/docstore/NVGS120_GS200%20book.pdf

PDF format, so you probably need Adobe Reader to read it.

It was not known to me the NV-GS200 is a multi-language camera and also in the manual it is not stated. You could try to default the settings (all the above):
menu , [initial] () >> [initial set] >> [yes]

Unfortunately it is not possible to post Japanese in this forum, but try Google Translate

Language set

Press the Menu Button (middle on the back), go into 'setup'. Locate the 'language' option.

I know it'll all be in the wrong language, but the order will probably be the same as in the manual:

CAsio Exilim 10.1 when I power on the camera, always strats with the setup for language and country timezone etc..

This is required for the initial set-up. It is vital so that all of the data that is collected is accurate for your pictures. (i.e. date, time, etc.) I have had numerous Casio camera's and they all do it. In my experience, you do it once and it is set-up.

Although it seems like a pain when you first purchase the camera....don't know much about it...but just follow the directions (or use the manual if you have it)....
this should resolve it.

Please rank...but also understand that anything other than a Fix-ya actually lowers my rating.
If you have any other questions, or need further help...just ask!
thanks

Wrong Language

2 possible solutions for you. Take the batteries out. Press the power button (with batteries out). Nothing will happen. It's OK. Leave batteries out for 4-6 hours. Re-install batteries. Camera should default to initial set-up screen, where it will ask you for the language of choice.
Solution 2 is turn camera on. Press menu and navigate to set-up (configuracion). Navigate to language (lang.) and select english. That should take care of it. Hope it helps.
