Asante Areolan AL1611 PCMCIA wireless adapter...

The Asante Areolan AL1611 PCMCIA wireless adapter connects to networks, but does not work with IE browser, and even prevents other computers on the same network from getting to the Internet!.

I have tried different drivers, and they all produce the same problem, icluding AL1611 driver from driverguide, and RTL8180L (version 173)
