Black ink not printing (by 3 users)

I have installed new cartridges and the printer isn't recognizing the black one - any tips?

Replaced both cartridges. Color prints, black does not print, will not print alignment.
Can it be that the inkjet is clogged? If so, how to unclog the jet?

I have same problem. I replaced cartridge (expensive) and only seem to get color printing. Alignment page prints but nothing prints from my document!
Can you Help with these Printers problems?
