Hi, Remote Fax Error being displayed (by 2 users)

I get a remote fax error message when sending faxs.

remote fax error when trying to fax documents When trying to send or receive a fax, the machine acts like it is going to work, but comes up with "remote fax error, try different remote fax machine." Dell will not even allow me to talk to a rep, because my warrenty is up.

We also have a Dell 962 all in one at work. We can recieve faxes and the fax line seems to be working fine. (we use VIOP - Vonage) This has been going on for quite some time and I can't find anyone who can diagnose a fax machine.
The printout reads "REMOTE FAX ERROR -----> Retry job or try a different remote fax machine."
We have no other machine available and retry does nothing.
